  1. My antibody levels dropped from 100+ to 13.. in about 4.5 months.. I feel much better than I did before diagnosis and noticed various things improved or went away completely.. even though my celiac is still on.. so there has to be a weaker immune response going on..
  2. what about lactose free dairy
  3. then why do you feel better after going gluten free and anti body levels drop... even if they're not at normal range yet
  4. Does a high antibody level mean that the immune response is stronger. If one person has a 10 and another has a 170, does the person with the 170 have a much stronger immune response going on
  5. anyone eat this? I'm terrified of packaged foods.. but i need some kind of bread
  6. i do already.. I'm switching from white potatoes now back to only sweat potatoes..
  7. well the nurse finally called... said celiac disease is still active ( obviously )...... continue strict gluten free diet.. ( obviously ) now the Dr wants me to get a MRI of my abdomen even though I already had a CT scan of my entire abdomen earlier this year with my previous Dr... before the endoscopy.. joy..
  8. celiac sprue is just another name for celiac disease..... and there's no way you can't have damage to your gut.. with a 224 ttg...... if they didn't see it.. they simply missed it with the biopsies
  9. are you eating lots of packaged foods
  10. decent enough i guess.. antibody level dropped from 100+ down to 13... thyroid function normal.. blood work all normal besides my liver enzyms still being off.. which i suppose has still not normalized yet because of the celiac since i've already had every test in the book done on it in the past all negative.......... and Dr did say that was...
  11. so I'm around 5 months into non gluten..... had my antibody levels checked last month (tTG) antibodies, they dropped a lot from over 100 down to 13... I used to have a lot of pain in my stomach.. that's pretty much gone.. but still have some discomfort, bloating type feeling, lower down in intestines area.... my bowel movements are normal.. no diarrhea...
  12. Dunno.. never had that tested . It's not in my latest panel results either
  13. Had a blood test done like 3 weeks ago to check my anti body levels after being gluten free for like 4.5 months... still haven't gotten a call about results... even after leaving 2 messages... I already have my results online but still.... not everyone gets their results online... Doctors are completely worthless chit these days
  14. 80 is most probably celiac.. mine was 100+... now its down to 13 after going gluten free for like 4.5 months an getting checked again for the first time... my Dr said how high the number is at diagnosis doesn't really matter.. only that it begins dropping once starting gluten free
  15. I had a constantly recurring fungal infection on my skin in the palm area of my hand... after being diagnosed and going gluten free.. it's never returned... For sleep try taking Magnesium before bed... But sleep should improve after going gluten free too.
  16. dietitians are worthless... they'll tell you to stop eating gluten
  17. 2 months is not long enough.. check back in 6 months
  18. immunoglobin is normal range.. 90 - 386 is normal..
  19. It's just the immune response screwing things up.... once that stops.. it will go away.. I'm not deficient in anything.. yet I've had all these symptoms... some muscle twitching in my calves, off balance feeling when it first started, dizziness, and feeling like I was in a daze / visual issue... 5 months off Gluten and everything has improved...
