I have been gluten-free for almost 2 years now, diagnosed celiac back in 2018. I notice that most of the time when i haven't eaten in hours, i get a pain in my and on the right side right under where my ribs end. a lot of people online say it could be the gallbladder, but I had my gallbladder us about 2 years ago and it was normal.
