  5. I have been eating Lays Salt n Vinegar chips and Sour Cream and Onion chips without any type of reaction. I'm usually pretty sensitive to gluten contamination in terms of getting achey joints, anxiety, and stomach pain, but nothing has happened from eating Lays chips or Cheetos.

I highly recommend going to a naturopath because they can point you in the right direction to what probiotics and GI tract supplements can help that process happen a little faster than just being on a gluten free diet.   8. When buying processed foods be on the lookout for "malt" as an ingredient to avoid. Malt has gluten in it because it is made from barley. I hadn't realized that malt was an issue until I went to Japan and saw that it is an ingredient in all of their vinegars.
