Hey all! My doctor ordered a celiac panel for me & I'm trying to figure out how long to make sure I'm eating gluten daily for. My doctor didn't give any instructions. I have eaten gluten pretty consistently my whole life, then went off it for a few weeks at the beginning of the year due to someone else's diet in the household. I was only off of it...
