    When using gluten free bread mixes on the zojirushi bcc-x20 Machine, and programming on the homemade should you use rapid rise yeast, since there is only one rise? Or should one use the quick cycle using rapid rise? And can one program the quick cycle using rapid rise, using one rise only? Thank you for any response given.
