Strange diagonal creases on forearm

I have a small area of my right forearm with the same diagonal stripes. I have no idea what has caused them but have been avoiding most oil for a while. I don't react badly to gluten products and have an underactive thyroid. If anyone can explain what causes these red lines it might save me a doctor's appointment.
