My ability to deal with lactose and alcohol started degrading pretty badly and was soon after diagnosed Celiac. Lactose has gotten a LITTLE better after letting myself heal, but I've never gotten better with alcohol. Anything more than a sip or two and I'm violently throwing up for the rest of the night.
