  1. Thank you so much for your response I’m feeling a bit better today. Ironically I didn’t get severe symptoms this time around but my panic definitely kicked in when I noticed. I appreciate all your tips and will definitely be trying these ! Thank you 😊
  2. I was at my friends today and was given gluten free pasta in sauce. I noticed after I was done eating half the bowl that there were meatballs that were not gluten free cooked in the sauce. I’m not feeling severe symptoms but have a migraine and a lot of fatigue. What are some next steps I can take to speed up the process of me getting glutened !
  3. Smoothies, eggs, overnight gluten free oats, yogurt and berries & granola. Theses are some of my go to breakfasts. I definitely need more options as well
  4. I was talking to my doctor because I get migraines from time to time and she told me that children's advil is safe for celiacs. Does anyone else have any other recommendations for over the counter medications that are gluten free ?
  5. I was diagnosed with celiac disease at the end of February of 2020 with blood test levels of over 250. I have been completely gluten free for about 4 months now and went to redo the blood test and my levels have decreased to 79. Is it possible that because my levels were so high it is just taking longer for the antibody to go back to normal or could there...
