I instead with Schar Mix it! Universal I made this recipe: https://italianlifestyleglutenfree.com/2020/07/10/gluten-free-cookies-with-coconut-flour-and-chocolate-chips/ The biscuits are crunchy and tall and do not flatten during cooking. They are also very fragrant with coconut and butter! I highly recommend it!
