Get tested for SIBO. Read Breaking the Viscous Cycle by Elaine Gotschel & follow the Specific Carbohydrate Diet as it is described in the book ( there are groups online that have changed the original diet - stick to the book). Its not easy but if you perservere its worth it. But do get tested for SIBO first as that needs antibiotic treatment if you have...
