    Im in a nasty pickle. Recently, I noticed I dont have reactions to gluten. My GI suggested silent celiac. The only problem is, I cant eat broccli, green beans, any sweets, soda, olive oil, and a ton of other foods. Ive been stuck eating rice, eggs and squash for almost a week. Im getting another endoscopy and a colonoscopy soon. What should I try in the mean time?
