I have celiac and I can eat italian rolls,and ciabatta rolls and they don't bother me.. they have gluten free pasta but it has to cooked longer than regular pasta.... don't do what I did I bought breaded fried chicken....big mistake!!!! forgot about the breading suffered for hours!!!
