  1. That's a good list Scott, thank you. Looks like I think that's naturally where I was heading, but it looks like there are a few things on that list I'll pursue. I'm not too worried anymore about gluten exposure though, If I posted my diet it's really just super Paleo/whole foods. Meats, poultry, fruits, and vegetables. I'm just more worried something is happening...
  2. Just wondering if anyone has any input on advice for continued and rapid weight loss and malabsorption issues. I'm obviously aware damaged Villi results in absorption issues, but I'm pretty concerned at this point. In 2018 and before I was a health 164 lbs, but ever since the Celiac symptoms and currently I weight about 127 lbs. That's almost 40 lbs lost...
  3. So I've decided it's time to go on some supplements to help with the healing. Obviously the diet is still vital, but I want to do everything I can at this point. I was looking at products similar to this at Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Metagenics-Glutagenics-Supplement-9-16-Ounce/dp/B005P0VE7I/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=glutagenics&...
  4. Thank you, I'm going to give this a read right now.
  5. Thank you Scott. This is insightful then and I will definitely consider this site or similar ones then if I can't get my levels normalized soon.
  6. Thanks Scott. I saved that link and am going to look into it. https://www.enterolab.com/ This is the other one that I stumbled across in another thread. Just curious Scott, did the results show you anything that you were previously unaware of before?
  7. So I've heard some stories on these forums that tests exist that are similar to the TTG antibody test for gluten, but they do that with other kinds of foods? Are there places in particular that do these kinds of tests and are they actually credible? I've heard some other stories about functional doctors as well. Do they do more comprehensive testing than...
  8. Thank you Scott, I'm going to give these a look as well.
  9. What are people's thoughts on Digestive Enzymes btw? Is there a chance this would help out with the consistency of bowel movements and the constipation. Or perhaps with breaking down some food or helping with foods that have fats and sugars in them as well?
  10. Will do. Thank you
  11. This is very interesting and I am going to look into this more and bring it to my Doctor's attention. Were you able to get a pill form for Thiamine or did it have to be the power form to get those high amounts. I haven't been tested for a lot of B nutrients except B-12 which I believe was fine.
  12. Thanks JD, yea I have an appointment set up next month for Allergy testing. I'm behind in that regard and it's something I should have already got done. That is a a heal of drop though in the levels btw. That's pretty good. It looks like you kind of went all out on your diet to achieve that and getting the digestion under control.
  13. Some of this is good news then. I'm glad to see another person with a similar time frame on the Celiac antibody numbers. My doctor wanted it zeroed out by now, but when I did some reseach those antibodies have a half life of six months. So my results tend to reflect that I believe with close to half always disappearing. To the poster above Madmom, yes due...
  14. Thank you for sending me that. I'm going to bring this up with him when I talk to him this month and see what he says.
