Hi, Aaron! Your situation sounds much like my current situation. I was diagnosed celiac by biopsy in Dec 2020, having had a few months of vomiting and poor appetite. Also diagnosed with moderate gastritis and esophagitis but other conditions such as lymphoma, gall bladder and h pylori were ruled out. I received the usual “Don’t eat gluten” advice only ...
