I am Sure you will not see this after all this time ,unless you get notifications, hopefully. I am VERY disappointed no one had an answer for you. I have the same question. Hadn't thought of transfer from wheat substrate to the mushrooms. But I have been eating button mushrooms my whole life even after celiac diagnoses. Plus i have been eating shitake and...
