  1. Hi Trents, I made this recipe today and love it. Some of the cream cheese didn’t mix in well but I will work on that for the next time. Also my grocery store doesn’t carry the 5% Fage so I used the 10% whole milk plain by Cabot. think I had keto flu for a few days: headache, leg cramps but now better. thanks for the recipe.
  2. Thank you. I do want to feel better. Tried starting keto yesterday with what I have in the house. Thank you for the recipe.
  3. Really frightening to think of eating this and gaining more weight but I’m going to try.
  4. Thank you for all the info. I’m making my shopping list.

I moved from another state and have a new primary. I had been on 125 mg and now I’m on 88 mg. Im also on cholesterol and blood pressure meds. And am insulin resistant the oncologist said ...
  10. Trents, I have tested for hashimoto thyroid so maybe that’s why she recommended gluten free. I understand what you are saying but what to I eat when I’m stressed out...I seem to lose it every afternoon. I just joined this site in order to get ideas.
  11. Trent, she is my oncologist. I see her once a year. I’ve gained weight in my midsection. Lots of it.
  12. I’m stressed out trying to find snacks, and what to eat at each meal. I love well done toast with butter at breakfast. I’m stressesting and doctor wants me to eat gluten free, keto, and intermittent fasting. I’m starving all the times and then I pig out in cookies candy and chips.
