  1. Thank you for the link I read it and I'll probably just stay away from coffee and limit caffeine for a year or two.
  2. Ok so ive been on a gluten free diet for a while now and have recently (few months) been really feeling better after dropping coffee. One of my symptoms was IBS and coffee was an irritant so it made sense but ive been realy missing coffee and have been wondering if it is the coffee the caffeine or hidden gluten. I mean im on the diet so the symptoms should...
  3. I'm not sure i dont belive that i had any problems with iron after I went gluten free but everyone is different.
  4. Do you drink coffee? If so then weather ibs is the symptom or the actual case you will want to drop that as well. Ibs is one of my main symptoms.
