  1. yes i have celiac this seems to be a reaction i got from either eggs or tomatoes - it’s slowly going away but my eyelids and chin are dry and itchy

  3. i’ve been so careful on my journey and never had a reaction like this since before my dx - i ate eggs and then tomatoes the next day- generally i don’t eat eggs so i think that’s what gave me a reaction / my eyelids are so dry and cracked and my skin across my jaw and near my ears is extremely dry and itchy - idk how this happened but i can’t wait for it ...

  7. i just got that reaction the other day after being gluten-free for almost 2 years - i ate eggs and had tomatoes which generally never bothered me but i think i’ve grown allergic my face felt tingly and slightly numb by jaw on both sides -

  10. i did have ketchup with those eggs then tomoatoes the next night!! maybe it was that - but ketchup never really gave me any reaction before

  14. how do you know that your villi is healing without getting an additional endoscopy?  i’ve been on gluten-free diet since my dx  in jan 2021 and feeling great - my vitamin levels went up and iron went from 8 to a 27 in just 8 months in - i will be seeing my GI dr for a bloodwork followup soon but would this be a great way to tell it’s healing ?

  16. i had same on and off pains in first 8 months but actually gained weight that i needed but not to this extent - my dr says it’s a good sigh that im absorbing foods and vitamins but i also went through early menopause so it’s tough to lose - watch what you eat keep track and take the correct supplements - you will see slowly but surely you will feel better

  20. where can we buy Benfomatine? if i even said that right - i take thiamine -B12 and iron plus vitamin D - i gained 18 pounds as i am healing and went through early menopause during this process- most of the weight has gone to my stomach and thighs - i can’t seem to take any of it off - did the AIP diet help you lose weight?
  21. i gained 18 pounds which i’m struggling to lose however i feel so much more energetic and healthier and i am told that my skin eyes and face look “alive” weight gain came from early menopause as well - plus i don’t have lots of time to exercise but i’m making time now - your health is #1 - you can do this

  23. where can you see the marsh score on biopsy ? my gi had said i was in the upper level as far as damage -3s but not specific
