  2. stay strong - have you tried probiotics? i have been on this journey 15 months now and very careful about what i eat - this week i had some walnuts and almonds and came home bloated and uncomfortable - stabbing pain in my tummy - popped a probiotic and gas x and drank lots of water - unfortunately this process is alot of trying things and eliminating things...
  3. i’m somewhat scared to do a followup endoscopy because i don’t want to hear anything but i’m healing - ❤️

  11. yep i feel like you might be right but knowing that at my age it takes longer to heal i wanted to wait it out a bit - im feeling so much better i don’t feel there is a concern to do it yet but 💁🏻‍♀️

  13. i agree i felt that pain in center right to lower quadrant as well - especially if by accident i got glutened but it slowly subsided- once in a blue i get a twinge here and there
  14. take magnesium glycinate 100 mg a day it does not cause stomach issues - i bought a bottle on amazon for 16 dollars gluten free

  16. use supplements like ashkwanda - i may have spelled it wrong and melatonin to relax and take a probiotic - i use garden of life 50 billion cfu they work wonders on ur gut and help stabilize ur poop - amazon sells them
  17. try not to take anti depressants and focus on eating healthy and clean - i promise you things will improve - i get a hiccup here and there from time to time but i’ve never felt more energetic and healthy / ❤️

  19. there are tons of clean food you can eat - i’ve got my kids eating some gluten free foods and they love it - it’s really not that bad

  21. mission makes delicious gluten free wraps i use them in place of bread for tuna wraps turkey wraps and egg wraps - there are many gluten free products out there - don’t give up - it can be frustrating at first but i’ve even got my kids eating alot of gluten free things and they really can taste the difference and enjoy it -
