If you are not currently eating gluten any test taken to see if you have a problem with gluten is completely useless. And the home spot tests yeah no those are a scam. The only scratch tests that work are allergy tests done in a medical office. They won't tell you if your allergic to gulten. They can tell you if you are allergic to wheat, soy , fish. ...
