This is so relatable and i've had a sudden onset of this air hunger /shortness of breath since January (going on 5 months. I've been treated with inhaler, seen a pulmonologist, gone to urgent care with EKG, been prescribed anxiety medication and had a thyroid test. Everyone is telling me its anxiety but the only thing giving me anxiety is feeling like i cant...
