Dx 3/2021.

symptoms:

IBS, chronic spontaneous urticaria, idiopathic anaphylaxis, general malaise, ADHD dx.

I am hopeful but still grieving. In process of transferring my love of baking bread to baking gluten-free. One daughter genetically Extremely Low Risk for Celiac but has NCGS. Waiting for test results for second child.

I dream of gluten free challah and plan on perfecting gluten-free carrot cake.
