I guess I was more questioning the veracity of the Everlywell test, especially since it doesn't give actual numerical value results. I have been eating gluten fairly consistently since November at this point. Like I said, there may be days where my menu choices don't include gluten but that's just because of what I've chosen to eat and not to avoid gluten...

Hello. Newish here. I did the Everlywell home celiac screening test which came up positive for elevated tTG-IgA although it did not give a value. They gave me a referral for a gastroenterologist and I finally had my appointment today. I was a little surprised they didn't want to reorder blood work but the doc said elevated tTG-IgA is a positive indicator...

I don't need the official diagnosis and my doctor already said to try gluten free and if I feel better, stick with it. I do have some other slightly off blood tests (high red blood cell count, etc.) that do make me wonder if they are all connected in some way. Thank you for taking the time to comment - appreciated!

She does. I didn't realize they were going to run the Celiac test when the did the other blood work for my surgery - if I had know I would have told them not to bother with that one. I've attached the results I got from my Celiac panel - and it's safe to say I'm confused. LOL. Two negative results, two positive ones. The lab basically said I was low risk for Celiac, so how does that work with 2 positive results?
