Hi! New to the site. Thank you for this list! Very helpful. I have problems with carrageenan and I'm not alone. Europe had banned it in baby/infant formula but then they retracted and allow very small amounts. It is used a a thickening agent and is found in a lot of different dairy products and even some almond milks. I find that I experience fewer...
