Hi. Thank you for this share group..can anyone advise me on the best way to ease a flare up.. and what foods I can eat to soothe.heal my digestion I also get low blood sugar when I don't eat often so this makes it difficult. I ate gluten and also dairy which I am intolerant to both. Along with fructose and sugars...almost two weeks ago. Usually a flare...
