I feel you regarding the joint pain and anger. I have to work so hard to keep my emotions in check when I am badly glutened. And I get irrationally angry at myself when I let my guard down and try something new and get glutened yet again.

Hi! I just wanted to warn those with celiac that the Trader Joe's gluten free coffee cake muffins likely are cross-contaminated or somehow include gluten. After eating them for two days I realized that they were the reason I was so sick. I went online and saw that many others got sick too.
