  4. It happens to me a lot. My villi are flat, and processing food is hard. Adding any new food is a struggle and I have to add it as a liquid first. I eat all solids with soup.   5. For elimination that involves going 4-8 hours on water and adding one thing back at a time, you could just start over night and make morning coffee your first thing
  6. Apparently your gut has a separate "brain" from your head. So it's impossible to out think gut level anxiety. It would be cool to see more research on the subject.
