I hope I am reading your post correctly. I am not good at posting. Yet I believe you are saying this you have suffer sometime with eczema all over your body now these type of fissures have appeared on your gentials. You have not been tested for celiac. If this is correct then I would take the first step get tested for celiac. Seek a celiac specialist...

I had that same problem. My std results were negative but biopsy came back yes for DH. All blood work came back that was highly sensitive to gladin . No more corn or corn products in my diet. When the outbreak is bad like the way you prescribe my dr provides me with a ten day supply of Valacyclovir. It helps within a day then they heal within two days. Also...
