    I just bought Benefiber prebiotic fiber supplement on the go packets. I am not sure if they are safe for celiac’s or not. The box says gluten free but then says it contains wheat dextrin and meets the requirements of the FDA. I am scared to try them now. Is there anything else that is totally safe to take? Thanks so much!
