  1. @Scott Adamsthat is good to know. For the most part, I quit checking websites when I found that several had made changes to their gluten stance without a change in product labeling. I would need to re-verify web content regularly to keep current and safe. unless you know of a better way, I am considering setting up a spreadsheet of the manufactures I use...
  2. The one issue I have with this product, like many others, is the possibility of cross contamination. I have issues with even trace amounts of gluten. I use this product as it is the only brand on my grocers shelf that doesn't have some indicator of the possibility of cross contamination. even then, I take a GliadinX as a precaution before consumption.
  3. Absolutely true. My only 'Celiac specific' symptom is excess gas, originally misdiagnosed as acid reflux. By the time I notice the excess gas, I am already having other issues caused by gluten exposure, such as reduction of B4 and B6 absorption and an increase in upper respiratory symptoms due to allergies and irritants.   4. For some items in the store there are no other options. I have seen such warnings on packages marked gluten-free and one that was even certified. Even without the warning, I have had issues with the amount of gluten in foods marked or certified gluten-free. I take a GliadinX capsule with all meals and snacks in case trace amounts exist in what should be gluten...
