So I have been diagnosed four years ago with celiac disease but I had endoscopy four years later and had fexofenadine also before skin test come back negative . ok true really . sorry to hear about that ! i was in my late 20s when i had black outs for no reason and just full on panic attacks would always black out and be like what the heck but like just body in shock but now I take fexofenadine and 2 puffs inhaler because it helps the panic attack and open airways and fexo relives symptoms its so good knowing this...

Anyone coping mechanisms on being exposed to flour exposure also wheat Airbourne??

Fexofenadine and inhaler for when in environments avoid flour all together 12-24 hours. Also does your throat close over or breathing hard to breath and virtigo ?

Have you ever stopped breathing like what's the worst your attack has been also are you in environment with flour as we are to avoid all together.

Thank you I have had allergies test on skin and come back fine that was the skin not Airbourne or actually near flour . But like epi pen isn't prescribed because it's a disease not allergy but wheat and flour and gluten is derived from one and Airbourne is a reaction so Airbourne avoid all together for 12 hours .
