Before anything, I would suggest that some of you get tested for histamine intolerance too (if you can, keep notes of what you eat) it can be a digestive problem tied to celiac and even non-celiac. Sometimes. And chocolate will definitely trigger something to people that are sensitive to histamine. Neurological, digestive and it also affects the blood...

This is the confusing part, I didn't scored anything on allergy tests. However, given how certain foods give me rhinitis, tachycardia and all the likes, I can tell I have histamine intolerance. Maybe this is what I mistaken for a gluten intolerance actually, but I have a feeling it's both anyway. I've also been wondering about multiple sclerosis symptoms...

I see... Thiamine again... Could corn prolamins actually worsen that symptom in particular ? I can't think of other foods that seems to trigger this. Histamine from avocados caused something different, more like a shortness of breath, tachycardia but there wasn't the problem with my throat that "disalign" or jam itself. But I assume it's a matter...

Thank you for your answer ! I've had allergy tests done (bloodtests) and nothing special about corn showed up. But I'm pretty sure I'm not imagining the symtoms : it's so systematic after corn that it's very puzzling. And scary too... I mean, I kind of wish I wouldn't have to move my throat manually when this happens but this is what I have to do most...

As an update, I tried to reintroduce tomatoes, again, just to make sure I wasn't having wrong intuitions last time... I'm famillar with the low FODMAP diet as it helped me a little during a painful crisis. However, I'm new to the AIP diet.
