Thank you for your response! I was not expecting a celiac test that day and was pretty disappointed when researching the test after the fact. Had I known the protocol I would have certainly delayed the bloodwork. Is it worth doing a gluten challenge and redoing the bloodwork or is the gliadin result, as it is, enough to request moving forward?
