I know this is an old thread, but I've suffered from SD for the past 12 years or so, and what made the biggest difference for me was ditching soap. Thanks I think I'll stick to gluten free for now and see how things go. If things get better and I eat gluten again in a few months, and like you said experience more severe symptoms, then I'll know for sure this was the problem. What would be the advantage of getting tested in this case?
