  1. Yes, I live in a small apartment building with two other people who eat gluten. There is no dishwasher, and we don’t have the space or resources to have separate dishes and utensils.
  2. My thought is that if I go and use a gluten designated sponge for gluten plates, that sponge will still have some gluten in it which it can spread to other dishes. Should this be a concern?
  3. I live in a household with two other people who eat gluten. I was wondering with the dish washing situation, what should I do? I don’t have a dishwasher and typically what we do is use a sponge. I’m not too fond of the idea of switching out sponges every week. Should I use separate sponges and if so how, or should I try and wash the sponges?

On day 13 of this trial I woke up with an upset stomach. Before I knew it...
  7. Before starting the AIP diet the symptoms I was experiencing included muscle aches and fatigue, brain fog, prostatic, eczema, and digestive issues. This all started clearing up for me around Day 13. However out of nowhere it felt like it slowly started to derail and before I knew it my symptoms were flooding back. I have no idea what it could’ve been.
  8. For the past 6 months I’ve been dealing with muscle aches, muscle fatigue, brain fog, fatigue, chronic prostitis, and recently eczema only on my hands and feet. I had not been able to find an answer. I then stumbled upon the AIP diet and noticed a lot of people with food intolerances seem to be having similar issues. I started the diet and after just a f...
