  2. They sound delicious thank you I will give them a try.I do most of my own cooking as , like you I find all gluten-free food very dear and packaging small. It did take me a while to master the pastry.Gluten free wraps spread with mayo and cheese fold up and spread with butter and air fried os in oven are yummy too for a midday snack.

Thank you for the replies I have read all the information, it was difficult at first, but I am gluten free in my kitchen ,my husband has his wholewheat bread kept in a cupboard in the utility room with his board and separate butter.   6. I am elderly and diagnosed with celiac disease a year ago after having my gallbladder removed. Are there any other elderly celiacs ,and how they cope with this disease.?I don’t seem to hear from them.
