I take Country Life Chelated Magnesium everyday, that's gluten free and safe. I also stopped eating processed foods with gluten free labels on it unless I was 100% positive the facility didn't process any gluten. So many products have gluten free labels but less than 20ppm of gluten which STILL get people sick who have celiac especially if you have a highly... -

Hi Barb, are you eating processed foods often that have a gluten free label on them? Many processed products still have 20ppm of gluten and you may be a highly sensitive celiac. I have been swollen for about two months now, literally continuously glutened by something. I am usually super healthy and great, not having issues. I've been eating Cedars hummus in the last two months and Made Good granola bars. Has anyone ever had issues/reactions to these brands?
