    I have bought some b12 supplements in tablet form, it has sorbitol and xylitol in that. I wondering if that from wheat and has gluten in it? I get stomach pain of it. And my other b12 doctor prescribe out for me is made of mannitol. Even make me worse. I haven't been active since 1 april 2023 , have been so busy with work sorry.

    You guys and Girls handle glutenfree wheat starch thst has 20 PPM gluten? But it says gluten free. Is it ok or not? What flour you make cookies with?

    Thanks for replay, i am also milkprotein allergic caused of my other allergy symtoms i have of cat, dog, horse, mold, grass, birch, so i must avoid dairy products too, so i drink coconut milk or almond milk now. Hope that will work better for me. I think to eat paleo is better if im allergic to milk. Low Carb High Fat Paleo is what people eat...

    i got my celiac diagnose on 15 march 2023 but i know i could have it long time before, i also have low stomach acid, and doctor said before i have ibs, but now they seen i had gluten antibodies that was high.

    My doctor said i have b12 deficiency , but now my b12 levels show high on blood results in P-Cobalamin in plasma it was on 1266 tmol/L does it show negative on results when you start taking supplements? How long you guys eat b12 ? Can you quit with b12 on celiac? Or do you must eat it all life?

    Hi can you handle Soya products?? I cant i have figure out that too. But im allergic to Citric Acid to that is from Black Mold, Aspergillus Niger. I get allergy reactions on my face.     I am blood type 0 Rhd+ have milkprotein allergy and hiatus hernia. I can not drink milk. Then i get problem with stomach. Does milk products cause leaky gut too or is it only gluten?

    Sad to hear it would be good to have financial assistance in US too. So people with Celiac can have money to buy glutenfree because its more expensive then normal food.

    They saw that on diffrent blood in liver called Alat, i dont know what it is in USA. They saw on gastroscopy i have a inflammation in duodeom too. Sorry for bad english, i talk swedish every day. It was that test Transglutaminas test I have also milkprotein allergy what they say.

    Im 46 years old, living in northern sweden in Lapland the midnight sun and the saami culture. My ancestors lived only on reindeers food all time. Never eat gluten.     Hi again thanks for your replies everyone, i did do a hair anylize test it show that i was high in copper , low in zinc and b12 and folat, b6, low stomach acid.     Maja my doctor say , you have IBS and are senstive for wheat, i recommend you to avoid eating cereals if you have IBS, try to eat gluten free and see if it will be better. I was without gluten and just eat only animals and dairy products, i can eat yoghurt but not consume milk because i am allergic to milk, and not yoghurt that is strange. Maybe i got lactose...

    transglutaminas is the test of gluten i was under <1 and not show celiac disease. I think i have that NCGS you told about.
