  1. Could be severe cross contamination. The longer youre gluten free, usually the worse the reaction to comtamination. Or they could have given you a normal bun and said gluten-free. Fries are usually always contaminated as well from the fryer and some places even coat them in flour to make em crispier.
  2. Yes but they don’t know why. Ct scans have always been normal. Then they tell me its anxiety or in my head and to see a therapist. Going to try a functional medicine doc this week after going in for all the normal work ups today.
  3. I didnt have this issue, but w my last two kids, I had placental abruptions that were unexpected even with weekly ultra sounds. Apparently it’s more common with celiac and can be very scary based on each situation.
