Thanks for thoughts and yes, you are correct that my son is having some celiac testing. It’s probably not worth risking it with the spelt, so I yes, I probably should just stick to modern wheat. The glyphosate is my main concern but I doubt 12 weeks will do too much damage to him. 🤞🏻 -
Hello! Would it be better to eat regular wheat instead of spelt during for the gluten challenge for a 4 year old? We have been eating only spelt for about a year and then went gluten free a month ago, and I would like to ensure my son’s antibody levels will be high enough in 12 weeks.
