  1. I'm needing direction with people who have experienced "gluten withdrawals"....some say it's a things and others have never expiranced it. I guess you couldn't know until you go through it yourself....I'm definitely going through something. I'm 3weeks in to being gluten free and I can handle all the changes , except this one thing that's bothering me. The past 5days or so I'm having episodes where out of the blue I get really bout and sweat intensely in my upper body, so badly my hair gets wet and I feel like I'm going to black out.(I have blacked out 2times, just for a minute) It's making me very fatigued. My brain feels fine but my body isn't cooperating.  Has anyone else experienced this after going gluten free. It's controlling my days and making me feel like I'm crazy. I am 42 and know menopause is a factor.... But it's very intense and sporadically all day , even when I'm just sitting resting. Can going gluten free have my hormones this out of whack? Help would be appreciated from anyone who reads this and has experienced it 💕 al...

Side note.....I'm just feeling depleted. I have been on vitamins and probiotics from the start. I can tell my iron is up 👏👏 but as for the rest of making sure I'm doing what I need , I'm wary I'm missing something .

  3. Sorry. I think I posted to the wrong reply with that one. But to Godsgal.... The faint feeling is from a sugar drop type feeling. I've really found your advice helpful . The info is all great, but that overwhelm is contributing more to the just lingering anxious feeling I keep finding in me that I didn't used to have. I know it's all a process...
  4. I'm on omeperzole... And I did start a probiotic as well. I'm actually feeling a little better. I'm only shaky in the mornings and have a constant dull headache, but thankfully the servere n ausea is gone. Dark days have gotten a tad bit brighter.... Think im going to have to try to cut out dairy for a bit(there's nothing left to eat!!! Lol...
  5. Thx. It's only been 4 days. But I feel very faintish today. Raw veggies started being a problem for me about a year ago, so I basically cut those to baby bites here and there. Maybe too much damage has been done to digest them well?? Idk.....but thx for the encouragement!!! I really appricate it . Good luck to you as well
  6. I am newly diagnosed celiac. Now that I know this all this, the weird puzzle pieces now fit ( the neoupathy , digestive issue, anemia/pica, the dematitis herpaformitis ((always blistering in the exact same spot), the moth balls smelling poo, etc)). I have been so excited and even though the change will be hard , I'm relieved that diet changes could be the...
