  1. I deliver gluten food every single day... meaning I touch bags that contain nothing but gluten in them constantly.. and i'm pretty sure the bags I'm touching must have at times gluten on them from the hands of the people that prepared the food.. During the one year since I was diagnosed I was delivering these foods every single day.. during that ...
  2. if you did actually have celiac from birth and continued eating gluten daily to 60 years old then that can be dangerous and lead to developing refractory celiac from so many decades of untreated celiac... You should get a 100% diagnosis soon.. then stay away from gluten. Just get the blood test... its should be pretty conclusive. But you...
  3. did her antibody levels drop at all in those 2 years ? what are they ? You mentioned she already was contaminated with gluten by her boyfriend. How often is she kissing him? If it's daily.. then that could be enough to keep antibody levels up

  9. I wouldn't be surprised if celiac is the cause... I had palpitation like feelings in my chest for many years... felt like a muscle spasm or beating sensation that would last for a second or two.... it was getting worse leading up to and after my celiac diagnoses... then a few months after gluten free they stopped..
  10. I eat a huge tablespoon of almond butter every single morning for breakfast along with some 2 large bananas .... and drink Silk almond milk during the day... I might just not be healed yet enough to be gaining... my celiac was still technically on at my last blood test even at only 10 antibody level... My doctor said he has patents coming...
  11. not sure why people say this.. immune system is not compromised because of celiac.. its working normally beyond the malfunction when gluten is eaten. it isn't weaker because of celiac... I had tests on my immune system function and its operating normally... I had Covid 19 and had nothing but minor symptoms while other younger perfectly healthy...
