  6. Hi, Haven’t posted for a while. I feel a little bit better after my strict diet. Not sure if my iron went up though and not sure how long does it take for ferritin levels to go back to normal. Had SIBO test last week and results are negative for SIBO hydrogen but elevated methane level. Does anyone have the same thing?

  9. My vitamins are gluten free,not sure about iron supplements. Have you been taking your vitamins for 8 years now? Wow,that’s a lot. I always was sensitive to any kind of medications. I’m gonna stop all supplements to see if it’s get better. What about gluten-free products? Like gluten-free chocolates,chips and biscuits? All of them contains milk,soya nuts....

  21. Thank you so much for detailed explanation. I had my dietitian appointment today and was disappointed. You guys gave me more information than her. I kne everything about celiac not her. Anyways in 1 month I will have appointment with gastroenterology dietitian. Can those vitamins contain hidden gluten? I should probably get gluten free vitamins.

  23. Interesting :). Cristiana,how long did it take for your tingling and iron deficiency to get better. My hemoglobin was 11.5,not so bad but ferritin is extremely low 3.9,so I do take iron supplement only once a day,otherwise it would cause very bad upset stomach for me…
