  1. Hi, thanks for the quick response! 1) So even I find gluten free oats / bath would those not be okay? 2) what kind of plain epsom salt? I wondered about that, but wasn’t sure. So just plain epsom salt at Walmart or wherever? and just add to bath water? 3) And no essential oils or any kind of fragrance even if it’s from a natural source? ...
  2. I am desperate for some relaxing bubbles and soothing skin treatment. Been fighting this rash for months now. I don’t know if it is common to have sensitive skin issues along with all this, but I am trying to find a safe gluten free bubble bath I can use. I have inserted pics of the ingredients of an honest brand I found on the internet for sensitive s...

  4. Okay thanks for the information! So since I’m looking at 6-7 months that I have had some level of exposure to gluten off and on, am I basically back at the beginning starting completely over with healing and all that?
  5. Thank you! I wasn’t aware of iodine. So no iodized salt? That’s what I always use bc of thyroid?? I am currently waiting to get in with dermatology. I feel like this rash is definitely related to gluten bc it has appeared off and on for months now and it occurs in the same spots each time. It has me miserable!! It just keeps getting worse or flares bac...
  6. Thank you so much for responding! I was beginning to feel silly for posting my question. I tossed the aveeno and other oatmeal bath items I had.. bc I didn’t know what to do.. but man those oats are in so many bath things!! I had no idea. I did purchase some gluten free colloidal oat stuff on Amazon .. hoping it’s okay
  7. I am covered miserably in rashes. I used to get hives a lot when I was young and my mom had me use oatmeal in my bath. I got a second degree sunburn once and my doc said use aveeno bc the oats in the lotion are good for the skin. So I bought aveeno oatmeal bath and dr teals oat milk bath. Then I questioned it bc of the oat issue. Are these products safe and...
  8. What is the difference in the GliadinX and like Gluten Cutter? There is a substantial difference in cost so I’m just curious , thanks! I have ordered some of the GliadinX to start using as you mentioned
  9. Hi! Thank you for the response! I was prediabetic for years but guess I’ve finally passed that threshold into full blown uncontrolled diabetes. I do have a CGM which has been very helpful! I never thought about allergies but did wonder if it has something to do with grains. Seems my body can’t tolerate them or something. Gluten free is usually corn, ric...
  10. I just don't know what to do anymore. The gluten free diet increased my blood sugar many years ago and despite positive blood work, meaning TTG IGA antibodies and horrid symptoms, I was told to go back to eating gluten (crazy I know) but I only continued to get sicker and sicker, so I eventually quit gluten on my own, but it has been a constant struggle...

  12. Thank you so much! I haven’t had it biopsied, but it looks like that what it is and seems related to gluten consumption
  13. I have included 2 ingredient lists for jarred Ragu sauces, they look safe to me? But I keep messing up so I don’t trust myself so much anymore. Thanks for your help!!
  14. just wondering what others have used to calm the rashes and itching due to gluten/celic? Is there anything OTC? Or does anyone take antihistamines regularly? I feel like I have tried everything. Heading to the allergist next week
  15. Thank you so much! I recently did an intolerance and sensitivity test Thank you so much! I will read that when I get the chance. I recently did an intolerance and sensitivity test. I also purchased some gliadin x. Is that something I can take to help right now?
  16. Is there anything to do to speed up the healing process or reduce this miserable gluten belly I have? I can’t eat much of anything right now
  17. Thank you for this information! This opens my eyes to a lot. My last antibody test was still positive and I am thinking if I remember correctly that is also an indicator of gluten ingestion and intestinal damage , is that correct?? I have been on this roller coaster of trying to be gluten free 100% of the time for several years now. Unfortunately I don...
  18. Sorry if this is too much information but I wanted to see if anyone on here has any insight, I seem to be having issues digesting foods. It’s like it just comes right out in my poo. If I eat pizza or spaghetti sauce it’s like I have diarrhea and it’s like I’m just pooping out the sauce. If I eat salad it comes out like I haven’t chewed it. Those are just ...
  19. Me too! I can’t make it past a few days. The fatigue and brain fog as well as just weakness and gastrointestinal issues
  20. This one I have always liked as wel. My complaint with all gluten free breads aside from taste, texture and cost , is the once opened you have like 5 days to use it. Also the gluten free diet has skyrocketed me into full blown diabetes, which isn’t well controlled and my diabetes does not like gluten free anything , spikes my sugar terribly 😔
  21. This may be a dumb question but Is it okay to use a shampoo / conditioner containing hydrolyzed wheat protein?
