  1. Man I can totally relate to this!! For this reason when I go certain places , like my significant others house, I eat very little.. if anything. It’s embarrassing for sure and when I have to go I have to go and it’s very loud 😳 I have looked at my stools as well, and if gluten is involved they are just as you described. At one point into my gluten free d...
  2. I love and miss fried pickles, all the gluten-free recipes I have found have bread crumbs/panko crumbs, well that makes them so ridiculously hard that I don’t enjoy them. I wondered about just using gluten-free cornmeal and omitting the breads crumbs but idk. Just wondering if anyone out there had any suggestions, thanks!
  3. I love and miss chicken flavored ramen noodles, I was so excited to find gluten-free rice ramen noodles (plain) at my local store. However I have no idea how to make the powder stuff that was chicken flavored to go in these noodles once cooked. Can anyone help? Thanks!

  7. I have some of the digestive enzyme pills on hand that are supposed to help breakdown gluten if I accidentally eat it or if I take it in case of cross contamination etc. Why do they hurt my stomach and cause so much gas and rumbling? Is this normal for digestive enzymes to work this way or is this indicative of something else? The gas is painful and ridiculous
  8. It’s very very hard to give up gluten, especially if you are not severely ill after eating it. I wish I had some good advice but I have struggled many times myself, so I do understand what you’re going through.
  9. Thank you this is very helpful. I will start with a food diary. I don’t notice any issues with dairy but all of them were flagged which I thought was weird. I guess I should have mentioned my intestines are not healed yet either. You mentioned heavy hitters for coeliacs - what would Those be? Thank you!

  11. No I have already had antibody testing this was a food sensitivity test
  12. I recently did a food sensitivity test and the results were crazy bad … I had severe or moderate reactions to most everything I’m used to eating. Trying to live gluten-free is hard enough. I’m very overwhelmed and don’t even know where to start now. I honestly don’t know if I can give up all the foods it suggests eliminating. My digestive enzyme levels we...
  13. I’m just wondering why once you’ve eliminated gluten and started the healing process, that if you get glutened or consume gluten somehow people get so sick so quick? Does the inflammation or immune reaction not have to build up over time or is it just instant reaction anytime any trace of gluten is ingested? I’ve noticed my reactions seem to be much stron...
  14. I love Campbells chicken and rice soup and Campbells tomato soup. When I’m sick I want nothing but hot soups. I used to eat the Campbells chicken and rice bc it just said may contain traces of wheat, but since I am trying to be strict I assume I need to avoid that. What do any of you do for soups?? I don’t feel like making homemade chicken sou...
