Thank you!!!!! I will be eating less gluten until my test (but I will try to eat as much as I can). Will the Celiac Disease Panel likely pick up on something even though I am eating less gluten? (I will try to eat as much as I can).

I do not know if I have celiac or not but I stopped eating gluten and now my stomach keeps rumbling as if there is a lot of acid and I keep burping. Does this mean I'm healing or is something else wrong?
