My neurologist put me on B Complex after finding that I had a positive PAI46/5G and MTHFR. I have a long history of embolisms dating back to 1998 when I developed multiple, bilateral pulmonary embolisms, and had to be hospitalized for a week. I also have severe neuropathy in both feet and ankles and muscle wasting and weakness after six months of chemotherapy...
