Thanks to everyone on here trying and helping people with extremely hard to manage disease. I feel like the poster child of the damage an unheeded diagnosis will do. At 45 I was diagnosed. Helpful advice isn't always welcomed advice. Be careful with restaurants. Do not eat eggs in restaurants. I've worked in one. The melted butter that brushes toast is on the cooler side of the grill. With the eggs. Cross contamination with wheat toast.

Yes. You can check for gluten of course but thus far i haven't seen a calcium supplement to contain gluten.
