  3. Yes, I agree. In my country, everything that has more than 20 ppm must be labeled with gluten. So “may contain” should have less than 20 ppm. I'm not sure if It's worth avoiding it the first months? Or if I'm safe enough anyways.

  6. Yes I talked to my doctor yesterday and she said that both the fact that I struggle to focus on schoolwork and my stool problems are signs of celiac disease. And since my blood test are nearly 5 times upper normal she said there was no point in hoping I don't have it. I just found out 😫

  11. Well, if I don't do it I won't get economic support or a diagnosis. You have to have above marsh 2b to get diagnosed she told me. Just the rules of my country. Mum thinks it's stupid but they really can't do anything. That's the way it works.

  13. I think I got it. It’s just a bit frustrating to think about. I eat a lot of fiber and drink a lot of milk however my D-vitamin level is low, so I think that's the reason for those knuckle and bone sounds things.
