  1. Wheat starch is a no-no for me. I take a fiber supplement daily, and tried to switch to Benefiber. Big mistake. Even though they label it gluten free, it's not. I suggest any product that has wheat starch, or an unidentified starch (modified food starch), just avoid it.
  2. Gluten is in so many things, that it is really difficult to eliminate it entirely. It took me years to be confident in my diet. Since the pandemic, when I had to cook everything I eat at home and not going to restaurants, my gut is so much better and I've lost weight. Even when I'm ordering foods that should be gluten-free in a restaurant, there is always...
  3. You may be developing other allergies. I am now allergic to tomato, since i was 32. Seem to now be developing a problem with cucumbers as well. I didn't know I was living with gluten problems for most of my life, which apparently causes leaky gut, which can cause sensitivity or latent allergies to other foods that get absorbed without being properly broken...
